3. User Roles and Responsibilities:

3.1 Donor Responsibilities

• Provide accurate location and availability for pickup
• Ensure recyclable materials (cans/bottles) are safe and appropriate
• Be present during scheduled pickup (if required)
• Cooperate in identity verification (Face/QR)

3.2 Volunteer Responsibilities

• Perform assigned collection tasks responsibly
• Maintain professionalism and respectful behavior
• Verify collection using provided system tools
• Update task status accurately
• Follow safety and local regulations during collection

3.3 Admin Rights

• Approve, assign, or reject tasks
• Monitor system activities
• Suspend or remove users in case of violations
• Modify system operations when necessary

4. Donations and Use of Funds:

• All collected recyclable materials will be converted into funds.
• Funds will be allocated to cancer research and patient support programs.
• The platform aims for transparency but does not guarantee specific outcomes of donations.

5. Privacy and Data Protection:

• User data will be collected, stored, and processed in compliance with GDPR regulations.
• Face recognition data will only be used for identity verification purposes.
• The platform ensures secure storage and encryption of user information.

6. Location and Tracking:

• The app uses GPS tracking for task management and navigation.
• By using the app, users consent to location tracking during active tasks.

7. Prohibited Activities:

Users must not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Misuse the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt fraud or fake donation/collection
• Interfere with system security or operations
• Harass or harm other users

8. Account Suspension and Termination:

The platform reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice
• Remove users involved in fraud or misconduct
• Restrict access to certain features

9. Limitation of Liability:

The platform is not responsible for:

• Loss or damage during collection
• Delays in pickup or service
• Actions of users (donors or volunteers)

Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.

10. System Availability:

• The platform aims for high availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect access.

11. Intellectual Property:

• All content, design, and system features belong to Can for Cause.
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission.

12. Modifications to Terms:

• The platform reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
